Central Bus Station in Lubango, Angola. The radial bus circulation and parking layout shape the design of the central cylindrical construction and of the green area. These two elements dialogue and organize the way people move between mass and void. A 5500 m2 shading protects the exterior space utilized as reception, waiting and boarding areas. The program of the central building is composed of ticket offices, service/commerce and sanitary facilities at the ground level, while the bus companies headquarters and the restaurant/bar are located on the first floor.
