Rehabilitation project for a building in an advanced stay of decay, organized in two storeys, with a private courtyard. The project maintains all spaces with their respective functions in the basement and ground level, while the upper level was reorganized to accommodate a master bedroom with an in-suite bathroom and a space for children: two bedrooms, a work area / marquise, and a mezzanine with a dressing and play area. The main façade was partially finished with a replica of the original ceramic with a 3 color version. The mansard on the roof stands out as the “eyes” of the master bedroom.
