The principal element of the project is a building with of extensive volume and linear configuration that organizes the various sports and support facilities. Emphasizing the alignment towards the west, defined by the large play field, it searches to simultaneously reduce its visual impact and adapt to the existing platform level, embedding itself into the ground through a semi-grounded solution. The dissolution of the built front results from the rhythmic design of mass and void that shapes a series of patios partially opened to their surroundings.

The soil that resulted from the excavations was utilized to create, on the north end of the lot, a slope that serves as protection from the wind.

From the perspective of accessibility, the proposed solution foresees the centralization of parking spaces in areas marginal to the enclosure (close to the proposed entrance), allowing all interior roads to be more organic and one-directional (occasionally two-way roads for vehicle intersections), while at the same time maintaining access for maintenance or in case of emergency.
